Our tubers are guaranteed to produce beautiful, healthy dahlias in your garden. Our tubers should not be rotted, diseased or mislabeled upon arrival to the very best of our knowledge. We will happily replace or refund any of these issues depending on availability.
If the variety you’ve purchased is out of stock, substitutions will not happen without your permission. We will notify you of any changes to your order before shipping and refund you the cost of any tubers not available.
Shipping will start the week of April 3rd. If you’d like earlier shipping and are willing to accept the risk of your tubers freezing en route, send us a message. We’re happy to ship orders early.
If there are any issues with your current year's order, please let us know by August 1st. Pictures of failed tubers are appreciated.
