Mystery Day, a larger dinner plate dahlia, has gorgeous reddish purple petals with white tips. This is a unique bloom in appearance. At the end of summer the typical bloom can turn into an array of reds/whites, like the picture below that looks like two completely different tubers. Surprise! It’s the mystery of Mystery Day!
